Megan Zegler

Before joining HMR Designs, Megan worked in the nonprofit sector, where she gained extensive experience in finance, budgeting, operations, and organizational support. Working in nonprofits gave her the opportunity to wear many hats, adapt to changing priorities, and build a strong foundation in financial management while supporting fast-paced, mission-driven organizations.

As Director of Finance, Megan oversees budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations across the company. She enjoys improving processes, solving problems, and helping create the structure and support that allow teams and projects to run smoothly.

Drawn to HMR by the opportunity to combine her background in finance with a creative industry, Megan values collaboration, organization, and thoughtful leadership. As the youngest of eleven siblings and a mother of four, including triplets, Megan has had plenty of experience adapting quickly, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities at once.
