Michael Metiva

Born and raised in the midwest, Michael Metiva grew up in the quaint town of Grayling, Michigan. Throughout his high school and college career, he spent his free time working at the local floral shop, gaining valuable processing and design experience. It was at this time that he found his passion for events. After graduating from Central Michigan University, he hoped to pursue a career in the industry and try out the big city lifestyle. Michael recently finished a successful tenure as an Event Operations Intern in Detroit, Michigan. In joining the team at HMR, he has finally achieved his big city dreams by moving to Chicago.

When Michael is not producing and managing events, he enjoys exploring the city, constantly searching for hidden nooks, great thrift stores, and attending as many live shows as possible.
