Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm. Evenings & weekends, as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS
- Social media account management and content creation, with a focus on video
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a must
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Confident, enthusiastic and professional demeanor in interactions with clients, vendors and colleagues
- A thorough grasp and understanding of the HMR brands and luxury brand world as a whole
- Able to collaborate with peers and staff to successfully facilitate the position responsibilities
- Excellent follow up skills a must
- Experience with seo is a plus

Internal Administrative
BREAKDOWN OF RESPONSIBILITIES
EMAIL MARKETING
- Email list creation and upkeep
- Collect emails from marketing and promo activations: add to database
- Create and send follow up emails for: marketing activations, promo events, and so forth
- Work with supervisor on scheduled promotional emails for the daily floral order department and Maison HMR
- Assist supervisor in outfacing HMR brands internal & external communications, as needed
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
- SEO maintenance
- Quarterly update of gallery photos
- Regular maintenance and editing as needed on inquiry forms, employment pages, job listings, daily floral order pages and Maison HMR
- Regularly update press section with featured HMR content in print and online
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook & Tik Tok
- Consistent content creation, including a focus on video content
- Collaborate with supervisor on topic selection, execution of written content & posting
- Collaborate with supervisor on launch of recurring blog series
- Solicit and collaborate with outside vendors on feature posts
- Launch of new social media platforms, as needed
- Monitor engagement & data analytics
- Onsite event + in-studio video content creation
ONLINE MEDIA AND BUSINESS PROFILE MANAGEMENT
- Create/manage existing and needed profiles on various sites, namely Google
- Update content including verbiage, images and listing details
- Contribute editorial content and images for features
- Explore additional outlets with potential
BRANDING + MARKETING
- Assist in the creation of branded materials as needed
- Assist and create updated flip books as needed
- Reorder daily floral and other branded print materials as needed
- Update branded conference room materials
- Ongoing creation of new branded material: business cards, etc.
- Explore and brainstorm new marketing initiatives with supervisor
- Assist supervisor with copywriting as needed
- Assist supervisor on marketing activations, external + internal, as needed
PHOTO LIBRARY UPKEEP
- Extensive and ongoing maintenance and upkeep including
- Keywording
- Organization
- Timely uploads of new albums
- Assist sales and inventory team in searches
PRESS
- Grow press hits on HMR’s mid-tier productions to local and national online outlets
- Expand press pool contacts/reach
- Consistently submit
- Select photos and provide submission details to editors
- Develop relationships/familiarity with appropriate publications
INTERNAL ADMINISTRATIVE
- Update Brag Board monthly
- Assist with various technical issues and troubleshooting
- Work on event installations for All Hands on Deck as needed
- Attend and/or supervise marketing related on-site events
