QUALIFICATIONS

  1. HIGH LEVEL OF ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE PROJECTS, MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY AND MEET PRODUCTION DEADLINES. 
  2. EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS A MUST.
  3. CONFIDENT, ENTHUSIASTIC AND PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR IN INTERACTIONS WITH CLIENTS, VENDORS AND COLLEAGUES.
  4. A THOROUGH GRASP AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE HMR BRAND AND LUXURY BRAND WORLD AS A WHOLE.
  5. EXCEPTIONAL WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS.
  6. INTERMEDIATE PROFICIENCY IN ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR AND I-CONTACT A MUST.
  7. EXPERIENCE WITH SEO.
  8. ABLE TO COLLABORATE WITH ALL DEPARTMENT MANAGERS AND STAFF TO SUCCESSFULLY FACILITATE THE POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • ASSIST SUPERVISOR IN OUTFACING HMR NEWSLETTER AND HMR EXPERIENTIAL NEWSLETTER AS NEEDED

  • REORDER DAILY FLORAL AND OTHER BRANDED PRINT MATERIALS AS NEEDED
  • ASSIST WITH BOUND TO BE FOUND 
  • UPDATE BRANDED BOOKMARKS FOR CONFERENCE ROOM MATERIALS
  • UPDATE PRINTED PHOTO BOOKS AND SLIDES FOR CONFERENCE ROOM
  • EXPLORE AND BRAINSTORM NEW MARKETING INITIATIVES WITH SUPERVISOR
