Those with an acute eye for design are often indifferent to passing trends. While certainly aware of current drifts in the field, designers exist quite comfortably within their own parameters of style, nodding pleasantly to the bandwagon as it rolls on past.

A designer’s world is rich with possibilities for integrating elements, and in doing so, they see décor elements both singularly and with the potential to combine with others. Scrolling through their mental inventories of design items, favorites easily emerge among the myriad of choices.

Our silver twig vase is a prevailing favorite for Creative Director, Bill Heffernan.

Bill loves this piece for its unusual versatility. Flowers can be placed on top, inside, or attached to the exterior.

The vase can also be used as a lamp base or lantern.

Regardless of how you decide to use it, Bill loves the unique and striking impression it produces.

For Corporate Event Designer Brittanie Ahrens, our lucite trough stands out among her choice décor pieces. Brittanie loves this item for its transformative nature.

These cool, clean rectangular structures are excellent vehicles for floral, candles or a fabulous blend of both.

For more expansive spaces, multiple troughs can be aligned to create a cohesive (and truly striking) focal which spans the entire room.

Individual troughs are also a sleek and lustrous addition to individual tables in less elongated spaces.

In addition to their side-lit panels, additional lighting can be integrated into the floral for fuller tabletop illumination.

As we can see, designers not only keep a diverse (and updated) mental inventory, they also find new ways to tailor these elements to the particulars of  spaces, the unique styles of individuals, and the challenges of logistics. Thanks to Brittanie and Bill for sharing these super stylish and adaptable standouts.
