After earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Theater from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Doug’s pivotal skillset found his way to the HMR Designs team in 1993. As our Technical Director, his expert knowledge and know-how ensures our client’s event aspirations are always achieved without a hitch. He considers himself to not only be passionate about getting the job done right, but getting it done on time. When Doug’s not busily constructing at HMR Designs, he likes to enjoy the outdoors with his family and his dog, Roo-B.
